Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery date, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that products that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund.
To initiate a return, please email info@deardotusa.com with your order number to obtain return authorization.
Items returned without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, promotional offers, and special event products are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Opened or Used Products
For products that have been opened or partially used, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method for the product amount only.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email sales@deardotusa.com with your order number and clear product photos.
After verification, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
Once an order has entered the packing or shipping stage, address changes may no longer be possible.
Even if you’ve emailed us a request, the change is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our staff.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate — Deardot is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Delivered Orders
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, refunds cannot be issued for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if you cannot locate your package.
If the carrier confirms a misdelivery, please send the official documentation to our support team for further assistance.
Damage Due to Misuse
Products that are damaged, dropped, spilled, or improperly stored or used by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Eligible Purchases
Only products purchased directly from deardotusa.com are eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased through other retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers cannot be returned or refunded through our website.
