United States

  • DeardotUSA offers free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50 USD.

Canada

  • DeardotUSA offers free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $149 USD (before taxes and after promotional discounts).

  • For Canadian orders: Please note that import duties and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking number provided and completing any required import-fee payment directly through the carrier’s website when prompted.

  • Orders below the threshold are subject to the following standard USPS shipping rates:

    • $1 – $29.99: $24.00

    • $30 – $148.99: $40.00

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–6 business days.

Returns & Refunds

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please email info@deardotusa.com with your order number to receive a return authorization. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization.

  • Final Sale: All Sale items and Special Offers are non-returnable.

  • Opened/Used Items: May be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Once your return is approved and processed, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment for the merchandise amount only. Please note that:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • DeardotUSA is not responsible for the cost of return shipping or for lost/undelivered returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email info@deardot.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
